Transition from Management to Leadership

Leadership definition needs to come out of its old and established notions. Leadership needs to transform if it has to stay relevant and effective in new age businesses and their challenges. Several commonly understood and applied concepts of leadership are not sufficient anymore. Quite a many of current leadership thoughts are not relevant in today’s diversified, global, complex, volatile and super sensitive world.

New age and its challenges will demand rationale thinking with radical application. New Age businesses will demand that leadership comes out of its ivory towers and operates on the grounds.

This blog is to bring some of the changes and challenges new age brings to established attributes (and notions) of leadership. The leadership articles on the blog are varied and of interest to anyone who thinks of leadership in any form.
